Drovers Saddlery Echuca is a family owned retail Saddlery and country clothing store with a dedicated and experienced team located in the CBD of Echuca, Victoria, just 2 and a half hours north of Melbourne. Being horse riders we are driven by our passion for the horse industry and the love of the sport.
Drovers Saddlery is owned by Shelly & Michael who have a long established history in horse riding and manufacturing hand crafted, saddles and saddlery.
Michael’s childhood involved helping his father manufacture saddles and other saddlery items in a shed in Tongala whilst Shelly grew up riding horses and working at stables from a young age.
Michael & Shelly opened Drovers Saddlery in 1998 in a retail shop located in Hare Street Echuca. During that time Drovers Saddlery has grown and in mid-2013 we re-located to a bigger premise in Darling Street and continued to expand our range.
We specialise and pride ourselves in handcrafting good quality Australian made products at reasonable prices to last a lifetime. Drovers Saddlery offers a made to order service. We are also an active member of the Saddlers & Harness Makers Association of Australia. Our manufacturing team specialising in leather & canvas is able to customise as per individual requirements. We can also recreate or bring to life that favourite worn out piece.
